Hey, I didn't got to the doctor or the emergency for my vaginal problem either. Money and insurance is also a problem fo me. Here is what i did to solve my problem. I went to the stor and bought some cheap Hydrocortisone Cream 1% Anti ich cream for the outer part and put it on 3-4 times a day. Just a smal amount will do. I went to the Vitamin Store and bout something from there. They keep it in the fridge. It is called Gy-Na.Tren. It is safe, effective and natural beneficial flora L. acidolpilus, NAS super strain in veggie and gelitain capsules for yeast overgrowth. It has two 14-capsule bottles, ome you take orally and the othe vaginally. It works I am sure of it.

As some here have stated, it is possible that it is a yeast infection. I'm not inclined to think so but, there are over the counter gels and creams you can use for it. Also, plain yougart inserted with an applicator could work.
It sounds more like you have some type of bacterial infection or a vaginitis. In this case, you need antibiotics.
No free clinics in your area? You can apply for free care at the hospital also.

I'm not a doctor, but it sounds like you may have a yeast infection that's been going on for a while. Go to the drug store or a grocery store and get an over the counter product for that. I think Monistat makes one....and there may be others. That's the cheapest fix. Also, and this does work to a certain extent.....Hydrogen Peroxide. Soak a cotton ball or two and wipe in that area as much as possible. The HP seems to neutralize it for a short time but does not get rid of it.

Obviously money is an issue for you but I can't think of a home remedy that will help you. You are going to have to spend some cash on a product. Describe your discharge to the pharmacist and go from there. It isn't just going to go away without treatment. If it is a yeast infection and I'm not saying it is many women douche with plain unsweetened yogurt until the symptoms go away. If you have an STD you need medication.

Take Acidophilus.
It sounds like you have a yeast infection. I have an autoimmune disease and one of the side-effects was chronic yeast infections. They stopped when I started taking Acidophilus every day. Nothing else helped...nothing over-the-counter from the pharmacy, nothing prescription, NOTHING. Don't bother with junk like Monistat, because it won't work.
I take two capsules of this product every day:

And this is what acidophilus is and does:

Good luck!

If it is a white discharge, itchy, then probably it is a fungal infection. Over the counter treatments are available and a pharmacist might explain the difference to you.

Im sorry, hunny, but you just have to suck it up and go to the doctor. If you have an infection of sorts, it is not going to get better on its own. Infact, it will only get worse. Go see a doctor before you do irreparable damage to your reproductive system, or before the infection gets into your blood and kills you.
