Dover has a point but I don't think your intention was to rile anyone but there is an implication in your question that any mental health issue equals angry. I myself use tea to wake up in the morning and wouldn't recommend a stimulant like caffeine to anyone who wanted to chill - tea is about as strong as coffee. Good sentiment maybe choose your phrasing with a little more forethought

Ah, well then Doc. Thanks for this information. We must instantly forward it to the W.H.O. and other interested Agencies, Societies and Parties thereof.
That piece of information will solve ALL ills and save the NHS tons of money while surely be of immense help to huge number of people who have worked hard, trained hard and sweated out hours of emotional energy - but who'll be now feel so satisfied of this timely good advice you've come up with.....
....and can all sleep peacefully now.
By the way, just what does 'chill out mean'? What's its core philosophy?
How do you go about the act of 'chilling out' then?
Personally, I hate this mindless throwaway piece of 'Advice' recommended by the gormless and insensitive imaginative-less ....individuals.
Sash..

1: Who are you to tell me to chill out (whatever that means)
2: Who says that we're all angry, except you
3: What has this got to do with mental health? Even if, as according to you, we're all so angry, it does NOT mean we have a mental health problem and you have absolutely no right to infer such a thing.
4: I note that you like answering pointless questions. Strange then, that you've started asking them too.

I admit tea helps me cool down but I also take my anger out on objects such as a pillow instead of a person and I feel better afterwards

I am angry because the world hates me...I am so alone...and I'll only drink hot tea if it has sugar and a blood orange slice in it.

Why have you posted this in the mental health section? Are you implying that all people with mental health problems are angry? ...from what I've seen so far, this section of Answers is by far the most civilised.
