Its 4am where I am, in Sydney. Do you think I should grab a cookie? Make a sandwich? Or go to bed on empty stomach to prevent weight gain? What would u do if u were me?

If I was hungry, I would go find something smallish to nibble on and then go back to bed.

dont grab cookie or a sandwich..and dont go to sleep on an empty stomach too as you might make ulcer to yourself..
grab fruit or any vegetable with 4-5 almonds or tbl spoon seeds..and have few of them if you are really hungry..its what I usually do..try you wont put on weight

Dairy is good to eat before sleep. So if you're going back to bed soon, try to get some in.

Dairy actually works while people are sleeping, so it does not make you gain weight, unless you have a lot, as with any food.

Oh, I hate it when that happens! Worst thing in the world is to eat and then sleep. Sometimes, I just ignore the hunger pains, and sometimes I drink of glass of water and go back to bed. I just make sure I have a good breakfast in the morning.

i like to eat but if u r concerned with gaining weight, drink alot of water or other liquids

hmmm cookies and milk sound good, or ice cream lol

eat a light snack or a drink of water and go back to bed but at 4AM it is time to get the day started

drink some water alot of times when you feel hungry your really just dehydrated. or you can suck on a menthol cough drop this will stop cravings instantly.

when i wake up hungry i have a bowl of cereal and go back to bed.
