what happens if amniotic fluid is lost ? What is reason ? what should be done ?

I sure hope it happens in the 20th to 25th WEEK, not month. Go to the doctor ASAP.

The baby dies, simple as that. There could be many reasons, the doctors, may be able to determine. What should be done if you suddenly lose amniotic fluid, GO TO THE HOSPITAL YOU ARE IN SERIOUS TROUBLE, YOU AND THE BABY

If lost it can cause several problems in the foetus like death, growth retardation, poor development of lungs etc. There are several reasons for decrease in the fluid , a main reason being decreased prodution of urine by the foetus due to foetal urinary tract obstruction. This is a serious problem . Go see ur obstetrician immediately.
