2 years ago I met this guy in Ireland, we had amazing sex. We have been chatting now for 2 years, and he was thinking about coming over to visit me in latin america. I have started to like him, but I think he is only looking for sex. He is only 24 and I am 29, is this worth pursuing?

He knows about my bipolar disorder. I see my doctor once a week.

Go with your basic instinct.

If in those two years he never tried to move the relationship forward on a serious level, then he doesn't view you as relationship material.

Like you said he is 24 and still maturing. Stop wasting your time on a fantasy relatioship.

well i would say let him come visit you and see how it goes but dont jump into bed at once... sex is something that should be shared between people who love each other not just becasue you feel horny and fancy a girl or a guy... best luck to you...

For sex, sure...other than that i would not hold out any hope of something more serious, especially considering the distance factor.
