i spilled paint on my jeans

Do not wash. Do not use solvents. Use Masters Brush Cleaner. Honest.
Solvents just spread the mess and ruin the fabric beneath - and won't work on acrylics. Masters will take out dried oil or acrylic. Works on your brushes too ;-)

HMMN,
You didn't say if it's enamel or latex. If it's dried you will have to soften it with vaseline and then scrape it with a dull knife and get the worse off. Then if it's enamel you will have to use some kind of thinner or mineral spirits. If it's latex you will have to use some kind of stain remover such as shout. Then wash in warm soapy water. You may have to repeat this a couple times.

by wearing clothes you can get paint on..

Wash them outside or laundry mat
The chemicals like Tarpin is very toxic and flamable , so please scrub them in the yard and wash outside and rinse area very well.

TARPIN OIL(what u call it there...) made by adding some chem.(acetone?not sure) to kerosene
or try petrol
