I searched online once for reviews on that Ceramic Pro because I wanted it. I found awful reviews, I believe some were on Amazon. Stuff like the "ceramic" chipping and actually finding just a metal plate underneath and the paint chipping off the plate and it just ceasing to work completely after a few times or many models going out that don't work at all and have to be returned. Apparently returns are a nightmare customer service wise and the replacements are no better.

I have they work differntly on different types of hair. I have very curly hair and the ceramic one worked best on me. In the seventeen magizine it might be on seventeen.com but it has the right type of straightners to use based on your hair.

No, I haven't. Try complete an online search for reviews of this product.
