Is the reaction that take place reversible? Or do you like have to replace a cartridge or something?

it get cleaned with a tissue and electronically reset

The ones we have here are simply re-calibrated and then reused, not cartridges to change.

The only thing that is changed in the mouthpiece that the person blows into (Which is just a piece of plastic that keeps saliva from going into the machine).
