Of course. You can start by training the dog to hold the pen or pencil in its mouth and then have it write on the paper. (Skip to paragraph 3 to help your down with his language skills.)
If on the other hand the assignment has to be typed, you can train the dog to sit in front of the typewriter or computer and press down the keys with its paw. In addition to that, you will also have to teach the dog how to spell and use words in sentences. If you are very determined you can work with with him on that also.
To teach your dog the language that your dog should do your homework in you probably will need some books in basic english to go over with the dog. In order to make this learning more effective you should also work with your dog to improve his reading skills. To teach your dog to read you should enroll him in either kindergarten or first grade depending on his skill level.
After you have done those basic first steps you will have more success with your dog doing your home work.
There is one final thing to remember however, you must always give your dog a treat when he gets a right answer, and gently correctly him when he gets the answer wrong. Never punish him too harshly or you will forever ruin his self-steem. This is very bad because low self-esteem is the leading fcause of dog suicide. You must be ever careful to watch for negative warning signs.
Good Luck!!

Dogs are MOST OFTEN associated with "eating" homework, NOT doing it for you.
Dogs can do their homework, YOU NEED TO DO YOURS!!!
Besides, it is NOT fair to the dog, when somebody blames them for "eating my homework", and on occasion, people have been known to be dishonest enough to "FEED THEIR HOMEWORK TO THE DOG". For shame!
Get your life in order, DO YOUR HOMEWORK, AND YOU WILL HAVE A LIFE! Plan and you will succeed. Fail to plan, and you will plan to fail!
