The Pumpkin Pie Gems to be exact. The directions call for you to bake the cups on a baking sheet for 10-12 minutes on the lowest oven rack. Once you pour in the filling it calls for you to return to oven and bake for another 20-24 minutes. What it doesn't say is if your supposed to continue the baking on the lowest oven rack or if you bake it on the middle rack like you do for normal pumpkin pies. This may sound dumb to most but I just want to make sure so if anyone has any idea could you please share it with me...thanks

I personally would use the middle rack the worst that can happen is you may have to bake it a minute or two longer.

When I made the Pumpkin Pie Gems I just continued to bake them on the lowest oven rack but I guess you could cook them on the middle rack I don't know if it would make a difference.

if it doesnt call for another exact instruction such as baking it on the bottom rack then you should bake as normal
