I find it's a lot easier to do exercise if it's sport that you enjoy. It can be very boring going to the gym or jogging. I also go swimming, but I quite enjoy that so it's easy not to think of it as exercise.

I don't like to exercise. I am probably one of the worlds worse however; my health benefits from it, I feel better, and look better so not to would be an unwise choice on my part. You should do what is in your best interest because no one else can do it for you and if that is not enough to get you going I don't know what is.

I'm not a real active person, so I know I need to exercise. So what I do is stick to a real schedule for execise and really stick to it. Make the schedule to fit you life style and make yourself do it. Just like getting your hair cut, going to the dentist, eating lunch schedule your exercise the same way.TDCWH

Maybe buy a very very sexy outfit that you would love to fit into but you can't and hang that on your wall to make you want to go to the gym and work out thats is what i would do plus shopping is always a good work out
