Just curious to know. I am losing weight. I recently had twins and have lost about 75 lbs(50 within the 1'st week) but my metabolism has always been slow. I know exercise will and eating frequently if it is healthy. Please any suggestions???

Eating frequently only works if you're eating low calorie.

Most women have a 10-12X body weight multiplier for calories. This means a 200 lb woman is eating 2000-2400 calories a day to stay that weight. If she cuts calories and is a 12X metabolism, then she'll lose faster than a 10X person.

Eating more often doesn't suddenly raise your multiplier to 13 or 14X, meaning you're burning much higher calories.

Try low cal low carb and see if that works better for you. Our new mommies find it very effective.

Dont skip meals, eat 5 smaller meals instead of 3 large meals, drink enough water, and exercise.
