Can anyone help me with an appliance problem?

My husband and I redid our kitchen in Dec 2004. Since then we have had problems with our new Jenn-aire stove and have had the touch panel and clock harness replaced 5 times. I heard there are implied warranties on appliances for three years after purchase. Does anyone know about this and can you give the specific law that applies?

No such thing as an implied warranty...Jenn Aire does have a warranty on their appliances though. You should have received a copy when you purchased it.
