I would think in the 40-50 thousand feet range and above that you'd need to have the design of something like Concorde

About 55000-60000 feet. But it wouldn't be a nice ride. Maybee just on the egde of space roughly 61500 feet.

umm it depends on what type of plane most go up to 43,000 feet but it just depends on the airplane
