You don't have to it a no trespassing sign signed to be legal.
"Technically, a person violates the law against trespassing by knowingly going onto someone else's land without consent. "Knowledge" may be inferred when the owner (or the owner's representative) tells the trespasser not to go on the land or when the land is fenced in a manner that suggests that intruders should stay out or there is a "no trespassing" sign in an obvious place."

I am going to go with the second person that answered this q.
Tresspassing is tresspassing sign or no sing.
That would be like those stores that have signs in the dressing room that say you will earn a free ride in a cop car if you shop lift, vs the other stores that don't have them. Is it ok to shop lifet from the other store just because it doesn't have a sign? Of course not!
Laws are expected to be upheld regardless of public or private literary enforcement.
So the answer is no, it is not legal.

Trespassing is actionable (as a crime or tort) regardless of whether there are signs posted or not. The value of the signs is that they give the trespasser notice of the property line, so that the trespasser cannot claim they didn't know.

actually it is not legal to go on to any property that is not yours and you don't have permission to go on.
If there are no "tresspassing signs" the police only warn you and issue you a trespassing notice if they are called on your being on that property.
If there are notices you have been warned.
So it is not legal even without signs, it is just that you can't be arrested or fined without a warning the first time.

If there is posted signs it is illegal to enter the property regardless of if they are signed or not
