I would drink it just as it is, I am adventuous, as long as there's nothing in there that can spoil.

You mean already brewed? Then, I'd dump it. Reheating makes it gross.

But if you mean the fresh coffee grounds, I don't think an hour of exposure will affect it AT ALL. Keep it. It's still perfect.

If I wanted the coffee I would heat it in the microwave but if I didn't want it I would get rid of it.

Just for an hour, I'd just heat it back up in the microwave. My husband leaves his in the pot and nukes it even the next morning!
