My 3 year old takes Flintstones Vitamins. As far as getting the protein, he LOVES spoonfuls of peanut butter! He thinks that he's getting a treat! Plus, he loves to eat baby carrots, we call them 'Sports Candy'. Hope this helps!

1. Enough milk

2. High protien diet, to include
eggs, meat, chicket, paneer and cheese.

3. Fruits and fruit juice.

4. Food suppliments like
milk chocoklets.

5. High fibre diet to include
leafy vegatables and beans.

6. Pulses and soups.

7. And no fast food items please.

8. Ensure that the child passes
his stools normally.

9. Vitamins tablets should be avoided.

10. All the above items are to be given
in small quantities in intervals.

11. If the child likes different combinations
of the above items, please give him.

12. Do not force feed him, what you may
like to have for your food.

13. Avoid bringing home fast food
and junk food,

14. Fish is an excellent item for a
growing child.

15. Since the child is a growing one,
his brain requires enough protien to
develop the brain cells.

All vitamins in equal amount i.e a balanced diet is required for proper growth of children. Carbohydrates and proteins play vital role in growth of children. Milk and eggs are rich in protein which children can eat.

vitamin c,vitamin b12,vitamin c3.These are important because these will help to grow the skin,one will prevent from disease and growth.Dont force him to eat this,that just leave him freely he will eat .

if they are a non-vegeterien then may be fish,meat can help them do so.but milk in case is rather important than any other
