soy milk is punctiliously diverse than dairy milk and would not comprise dairy OR lactose so if she reacts to soy milk, she has different intollerances than merely lactose. you're able to make all fruit smoothies. Use banana, and what ever else fruit you like. no want for ANY dairy in a smoothie merely through fact traditionally they comprise some style of milk.

I'm allergic to cows milk, but i can digest goats milk and yoghurt. Most big supermarkets carry it these days, as does the health food shop,or try soya milk products - but go easy on the sweetening of smoothies coz i've noticed, some brands are a lot sweeter than others.

I like Strawberry's, Peaches and Banana's with a lot of ice and a cup of fresh orange juice. If you want it to be creamier then add goats milk or goats yogurt. I am dairy free too, but goats products are a great substitute. Also if it isn't as sweet as you'd like add a little liquid honey.
