End of January till the beginning of April. Noone travels during these times and flights are super cheap. Don't wait till may because you pay double through the end of summer.

Hi,
I always find good prices February, March, April, September and October. I just purchased a return ticket from Manchester to New Jersey for 268 in February.
Try the Roosevelt Hotel in New York, it is in a good location and is a beautiful hotel. It is very reasonably priced compared to a lot of hotels in New York that are of the same standard.
