RE: Actually there are many New Age ideas, in fact I'm doing a presentation on them, but I want to get and idea of which ones seem most important to most people.

And in saying that the ideas are very old actually doesn't exclude them from being part of the New Age experience being that most New Age ideas have been borrowed ones.

There aren't many New Age ideas. Most of the ideas are in fact very, very old.

I agree with the previous poster... they really aren't what I would consider new age ideas. Dan Brown studied lots of pagan symbology and the earliest Christian beliefs, which were mostly based on pagan ideology.

Though the ideas aren't in any way "new" one of the key ideas is that of the sacred feminine.

Goddess worship for one, blasphemy against Christ is another, ultra-feminism, pantheism . . .
