It seems like I'm always feeding my son the same things over and over again! Anyone have healthy recipes that are toddler approved?

He eats what we eat at dinner. Breakfast and especially lunch is where it's hard. He usually will only eat stuff he can feed himself! Lunch is normally chicken nuggets, fries, hot dogs, grilled cheese...things like that. Any good recipes with vegetables?

You can scramble eggs and put very small pieces of steamed vegetables in it. Mash potatoes(english potatoes). Add milk and butter and maybe some cheese. You can even pop it in the oven. Ccous cous, alphabet/star pasta you can put in chicken noodle soup that you make at home. Broccoli with sprinkle cheese. Ravioli. Just make sure they are in age appropriate size and it's soft enough for him/her to chew. Plain white rice(you can mix it up in a pan with some butter and steamed vegetables).

My daughter is sixteen months ancient, but she has eaten mostly the identical foods since she used to be about one year ancient. Listed below are some matters she likes: BREAKFAST 1. 1 scrambled egg, 1 slice of dry entire wheat toast, milk 2. Oatmeal with diced peaches jumbled together, milk 3. Yogurt and half of a banana four. Entire grain waffle, sliced strawberries, milk 5. Whole wheat toast with an extraordinarily thin layer of peanut butter unfold on prime, milk LUNCH OR DINNER 1. Grilled cheese and sliced tomato sandwich on entire wheat bread, applesauce 2. Macaroni and cheese made with whole wheat noodles with peas and carrots jumbled together three. 1/2 of a turkey and cheese sandwich on entire wheat bread, gentle cooked child carrots 4. Diced grilled bird, brown rice, inexperienced beans 5. Small baked potato topped with grated cheese and chopped cooked broccoli My daughter eats good at most ingredients so she is not traditionally hungry for snacks for the duration of the day. If she ever will get hungry between ingredients i'll provide her recent fruit, evenly steamed veggies, or whole wheat pretzels She drinks water throughout the day.

Can't speak for all 14 month olds but mine likes spaghetti-o's, banannas, and when all else fails she still enjoys the stage 3 baby foods. You can also try eggs. They can pretty much eat almost anything we eat except the common food allergens like peanut butter which isn't suppose to be given before 2 years old.

Feed him whatever the rest of the family eats--just make a few small adjustments like less salt and no pepper on his and of course, mash, chop, or cut the pieces to bite size.

hello dear,
so njoying life with ur 14 months old son ,my too with 21 month old daughter.....
see always keep in mind all toddlers have to grow n eat the same as we do....
when my baby was 6 months old i started giving her daal rice, noodles , soups, fruits , vegitable rice , chapathi made out of wheat , cheese and most important i did breast feed her till her 16th month n now i give her normal milk what we take with horlics , milo and bonvita ...i give her oatmeal ...she loves fruits....but i think ur toddler has few teeth, so its difficult for him the chew few of these things so mix it in a mixer n make it into fine paste n feed him......give him fresh fruit juices ,ice cream ,pastries , baby biscuites. try all this n let me know .give a lot of cheese to ur son it helps in growth .......
