Does this mean someone in Fargo, ND is impersonating me? I mean, heck, my credit is so bad that I don't even want to be me, so I don't know why someone else would want to! LOL!

Guess I don't know if I should worry about the wierd address or not....

I have checked the rest of the report, and there don't seem to be any additional accounts that I don't know about. I guess what I should worry about is whether someone in North Dakota is committing CRIMES on my record!! EEEEEEEEEEK! I submitted a dispute report with the credit bureau so hopefully they'll get it cleared up.

Yes. have them look into it. there could be another person with the same name. have them match the SS # to validate the info.

If you're not anywhere near Fargo, ND then I'd start calling credit companies and finding out what has happened. Your credit could suck because of identity theft.

YES, but it may be too late though

if they have hurt your score, it may be hurt for a number of years. something is suspicious, report it.
