One at a time.

Arjuna once violated this rule and had entered the palace when eldest Yudhisthira was present with Draupadi. He was banished for some time (do not remember how many years) to the jungles....that is when Arjun met and married Uloopi (princess of a king in Eastern India) while serving this sentence.

Mahabharat is considered to be the metaphor. It is the five sense organs and your mind. Mind manages the five sense organs. Same manner she managed the five husband. Actually after the marriage they had an arrangement that she will be the wife of one of the brother for one year. This was caused because of her boon from shiva. She by mistake asked five times for a good husband and shiva blessed her five times. When she recognized her mistake, shiva said that he cannot take back the boon but will give her the exception from the sin of sleeping with many men.

there was nothing formal like yearly or day basis system
It was just like that, If anyone is copulating he leave the slippers outside and for the rest of the troupe it gets clear that zigizigi is in process and no body interfered but once when Bheem was inside and was busy with Draupadi a stray dog took the sleepers from the door and message wasn't flashed and Nakul Sahdev just went inside and saw the couple ........ and it was too embarassing for Draupadi and Bheema..
than Draupadi cursed the dog community that whenever they(dogs) will have sex whole the world will see..
and that is a fiction.

Mahabharat, explains it, in short she used to walk on/through the fire before she would join her new husband for the year.

Arjun had only one sun(I believe), her relations with other brothers was mainly seva chakry, and probebley no more then comforts and over looking welfare of the brothers, such as feeding them and making sure the household was in good order.

A plan was worked out by ved vyasa. Starting with Yudhistir the eldest, one of the five brothers would stay with her for one whole year, have a child, then next and so on. During one turn, none of the other would be allowd in her room. Anyone to violate this rule would spend few years in jungle.

how stupid of kunti to say to arjun to share your wife with your brother. and why didn't she say to them afterwords to ignore the first command. That would also have been amust obey command to arjun. This like 1000's of other stories in hindus mythology are too stupid to believe. eg why didn't shiva replace the ganesha own head instead of replacing with an elephant's. if the hindu god himself doesn't know his own family's status, who his own kid is, then how can he know about the rest of the world.
i wouldn't want to have a god who kills his own son. Sorry these stupid gods don't do for me; not worth worshiping!

I understand your question. Mahabaratha contains many such stories and incidents but it is actually for telling some moral to us. Please read the vertion of story below about Draupadi's manging 5 husbands-

"Once upon a time in land far, far away, their lived a beautiful woman named Draupadi. She was one of those women whose beauty was renowned throughout the neighboring kingdoms, and her father was quite worried about who she would end up marrying. He devised a contest, and the man who would be able to best all of the others would surely be the right mate for his daughter. That man was Arjuna, one of the five Pandava brothers. He was skilled in every conceivable weapon or war-related mantra known at the time. He was not only skilled, but he was their master.

So the time came for the swayamvara of Draupadi. All of the kings from throughout the lands came to attend, even if they had no desire of another wife. They all wanted to see who would overcome a great feat to win such a fortune. Those that did compete struggled greatly because the task at hand was nearly impossible. None of the kings who tried were able to complete it. The task was to string a bow and shoot five arrows though a distant target. Now all of these kings were accomplished warriors in their own right, and they were rather perturbed by their lack of accomplishment. So when a brahman decided to enter the contest after all of the kings had failed, the kings were in a near uproar! This brahman was really Arjuna in disguise. With his renowned skill he attended the task and swiftly overcame it. Draupadi was his!

Arjuna and the other brothers all took Draupadi home to meet their mother, and this is where Draupadi's fortune begins. Without even looking up from her task, the boys mother told Arjuna to share what he had one out of habit. You see the boys were in exile with their mother from their rightful kingdom and were living as ascetics, begging for food to survive. So Arjuna's disguise was actually how he was living at the time. Their mother, Kunti, turned and saw what the collective gasp she heard was about and realized her grave mistake. She quickly tried to take it all back, but Arjuan said that he must obey his mothers word. Draupadi had been taking all of this in rather silently, and upon hearing this declaration from Arjuna, her mind reeled.

A few days later when she was able to return to her father's kingdom and see her childhood girlfriends for the last time as a single woman she was more surprising to her friends than the situation was! Word had returned to the kingdom quickly about the arrangements of the Panadava brothers according to their mother's unintended command. Niri, her long time friend said, "Draupadi, what ever are you going to do? Having five husbands will surely be too much. Normally it is the other way around and we have someone to share our load of house work and the like. You will be doing it all by yourself and then you will be doing it five-fold! How will you ever survive?"

This was the very scenario that Draupadi had been thinking of when her ears heard the conversation between Kunti and the five boys. "How will I ever be able to live such a life?" But upon hearing Arjuna's declaration for his mother's word, and other bits and pieces of the ensuing conversation, Draupadi realized that her life would be awesome! Her reply to Niri was, "I will have five men in my house. We are coming into the age of the woman and this is great! These guys are falling over me already. I will have five times the help instead of five times the chores. Imagine it. I'll never have to take out the garbage, I'll never have to mow the lawn. I have five husbands. They are all different. When I feel like havening a conversation, then I will be able to have one with my husband. When I feel the need for strength, then I have that in my husband. I will have any thing I want. They are already falling over hand and foot to make sure that I am taken care of. When one is too tired, then I will have the others to help with whatever I need accomplished. Five for the price of one!"

And so went the day as Draupadi's friends started to realize the power of a woman. The marriage concept was definitely starting to evolve with the circumstances found among Draupadi's pride of men."

comming to the point in your question I read somewhere in one of the version of the Mahabharata that each brother of pandavas used to have Draupathi for 2 days in rotation and monthly they will get 4 days leaving the rest of the days for Draupadi for taking rest and for monthly periods. -

It is Aadyamakam(concerning Soul) -not Aadhi Bhoudikam(Physical matter-Body).The soul has to manage with a Psychic body with 5 cognitive senses sakshu-(eyes)-srothram(ears)-Nasika(Nose)-Tongue(Jihva) and Twak(skin). All the 5 senses drag a Soul to different directions and the soul has to cope up with the detractions. Draupathi is Soul(Symbolically) and 5 Cognitive senses are to be taken care of and kept under control by the soul.
