Hi

Isn't heelwork to music not amazing? I love watching it at Crufts on the TV.

I agree with the previous respondent that obedience training is essential first and then more advanced obedience follows on before then moving onto heelwork to music.

I remember hearing that not all dogs respond to this type of training, but some are obviously gifted!

Crufts seem to have fair bit of interest in heelwork to music and the kennel club will be able to tell you about training clubs. (I do hope you are in UK. If not, apologies).

You and your dog should go to a training center offering conformation, agility, and obedience.

Take the obedience class first, then the agility. There are excellent teachers and it is more in line with what you want, vs. a regular dog class at the petstore.
