As good project management would tell you, you start with your end-goal in mind, and plan backwards in order to achieve that goal.

Is your goal to be a professional basketball player? If so, find the college where the coaches have the best history of graduating players to the majors.

Have a different life/career goal in mind? Same rule applies. College and your peer group at the school, can help fast-track toward your life-long goal. Choosing a college for other, short-term reasons isn't logical.

You seem smart, based on your stats, so apply your brains to selecting a college. What's your bigger goal, and which college is the best launching pad for it (based on its history and track record)?
