There are many great name-brand products out there if you want to spend your money. Any "spot treatments" will do fine if you just look.
However, I have found that, if you are in a pinch or if you are just too cheap (like I often am), a dab of toothpaste or baking soda paste will dry it up. Just dab a speck on the zit and go to bed. It will dry it out. Then in the morning, just dab a dab of concealer on it and no one is the wiser! Good luck!

make sure you wash your face every night. then put on a moisturizer. i use a neutorgena one that contains salicylic acid. then those spot treatments.
