My puppy will run like a crackhead back and forth in the hallway about 50 times before stopping, bringing me a toy, then do the whole thing over again, lol, why does he do it? He doesn't get outside much, and I know he needs to, but it's been super cold out, and he gets sick easily.

You've got an indoor running track!
Try chasing him up and down the hall, he'll love it even more!

He's using up some energy, that's all. It's a good place to get it out when it is cold out. I have mine running the circle around our kitchen, dining room and living room right now. It is too cold out!

Yes, my dog does this. He's is very hyper and happy to see you. It's because he doesn't get outside much. Neither does mine. My dog runs around the table and down the hallway. Then he stops to take a nap. U don't have to worry about it. It's just a way to get their energy out.

my dog does the same thing when i get home, she will run from one bedroom to the other through the hallway and then stop and i try to pet her and off she goes, she is just letting out some of her energy, nothing to worry about really.

Your dog is burning off some pent up energy. Hopefully you can get him out soon for a really good romp outside!

He is playing and having fun nothing wrong with him. Dogs need plenty of exercise to keep them healthy.
