Heavier sets with lower reps to failure.By failure I mean you could not possibly do another.Use a spotter for safety sake.Rep range should fall into around 5-8 for several sets. The best way to achieve maximum strength and muscle growth would be to first warm up,do a few very low rep sets with increasingly heavier weight then go right to your heaviest work and gradually work down in weight. The amount of reps will remain about the same because you've already bombed the muscle group.
Just as or more important is eating a surplus of calories, getting sufficient rest(about 6-7 days for each body part) and protein every 3 hours to retain a positive nitrogen balance.
Big compound(multi joint) movements are best for strength and growth.Do isolation in the last sets of your work outs.

Heavier weights less reps = bulk, Litghter weights with more reps = cut. also have a high intake of protein.

You need to lift heavier weights with less reps but DON'T FORGET YOUR DIET!!
You need to eat significantly more protein to get bulkier- protein shakes (not soy), lean protein. You basically need to be eating all the time :)

GRADUALLY GO FROM LIGHT WEIGHTS- MORE REPS TO HEAVIER WEIGHTS WITH LESS REPS OR YOU MIGHT GET HURT IF YOU ARE JUST STARTING TO WORK OUT.

You did not mention type of business you're interesting in so it would be difficult to direct you to specific websites. Notwithstanding, try typing wholesale (fashion, housewares, etc...) and the screen will direct you to some websites.
