Hallo Angel,
The problem with diets is that they almost never provide all the nutrients the body needs, they just cut out calories or whatever their particular fad may be.
If you don't get the necessary nutrients your body goes into 'starvation' mode and stores fat, no matter how little food you eat.
Go and see a qualified nutritionist. They can advise you on the right food for YOU to eat, and on what you should avoid.
Then you can start thinking about some exercise. But first you need to get your nutrition sorted out.
Bless you, Angel. I do wish you all the luck in the world.

if your BMI is 30 or over your GP will happily help you with your weight loss.
If it's under 30 you can buy all the standard diet pills online for about £60 per month.
The most success I've had, not including diet pills, has been with the Atkins diet (although I regained all the weight the minute I stopped the diet) and Ediets. With Ediets you pick the type of diet you want, they give you the meal plan, shopping list and workout plan. So Far it's been really easy to follow - like having your own trainer and dietitian.
Good luck whatever you choose.

Despite what you read in the media, see on TV, etcetera, your WEIGHT, your SHAPE, your SIZE and your BODYFAT are all separate issues. You CAN change any of these (without needing to alter the others), but NOT by simply taking a 'diet pill'.
Losing weight isn't automatically good for you. Having too much fat on your body can be harmful, but the fat isn't always what your body gets rid of if you start to eat less.
Plenty of people who think they're fat, actually have a lot of muscle, but it's hidden because any fat they do have is on the outside !
Before you try to lose weight, you should find out what your weight is useful for. Self defence classes can increase your confidence, especially if you discover that you've got the muscle mass to progress quickly. Judo and Tae Kwon Do are more formal martial arts that would suit the kind of muscular physique that's easily hidden by a small amount of fat.
It simply isn't possible to lose bodyfat quickly, but any kind of activity will help in 'tipping the balance' so that you use up more than you gain from your diet. Rapid weight loss is never helpful, because it triggers 'emergency' processes designed to protect you from starvation.
Everybody is concerned about how they look, but think about how YOU react when you look at other people. Not everybody around you will look like a movie star, but you don't value their friendship or company any less because of that, do you ?
Most people who see you, won't think the same way you do, about the way you look.
Thinking that you look bad, could be one of the things that stops you enjoying the kind of activities your body will get the most benefit from. If you talk to a counsellor about your feelings, you can get some perspective on whether the feelings are causing, or caused by, other problems.
The kind of changes that will improve your body TAKE TIME. A counsellor can help you cope with the negative feelings you've described while you're working on the improvements.
Please talk to somebody ! :-)

Weight loss pills don't work. The only safe way to lose weight (and regain vitality, feel better and overcome depression) is to exercise regularly and eat right. You don't have to work out like crazy. Start slow - 20 to 30 minute walks at comfortable speeds - and build from there. Keep active daily, even little things like walking a few extra blocks or getting out one train stop earlier and walking home.
Lift weights. Join a gym. Ask someone there to show you correct way to lift safely (and no, weights do NOT cause women to bulk up - they do cause women to build lean muscle tissue, which burns more fat even while resting).
Cut out red meat altogether. Cut out meat and fish altogether, if possible. The meat industry spends billions of dollars on propaganda to convince people that meat and fish are good for you. They are not. Check out this website for Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine http://www.pcrm.org. They are a bunch of doctors who want to debunk some of the prevailing myths in our society about nutrition and medicine.
Eat more whole grains, lentils, beans, tofu, vegetables and fruits. Do not stock fridge with anything other than healthy meals and snacks.
Three months of this, and you will be a whole new, livelier, happier, lighter you! Try it.

I followed a plan called Shapeworks and lost 95 lbs in 8 months. I have kept the weight off for over 4 1/2 years now. The problem is that it costs money to do it. Here is the website where I found it on the internet: www.loseweightnow.com/tfward

hay like others are saying the best way to do it is to eat a balanced diet. try and keep your carbs (bread, pasta, potatoes) to your day time meals as you wont burn them off in the evening.stick to brown pasta and rice in small portions.do not cut out meat at all thats not a good idea, try to grill your meat as much as possible the best meat to eat is chicken if your watching fat and calories cut off the skin as well. eat liitle and often it sounds silly but if you dont eat for hours on end your metablolism will slow down and store the fat you already have (natural body reaction it doesnt know when the next meals coming).forget the diet pills you will feel prouder doing it the natural way.the best way to speed up the metabolism is to exercise you may not have time for the gym, so you need to find other ways to exercise- walk to work, meet up with friends for a swim. or put on your favourite cd and dance while cleaning the house, you will burn calories in no time good luck
