I think the content of your question is too serious to seriously address here, at YA ---- try webmd.com - or, ask a medical professional, face to face. . .

Most of the "gallbladder cleanses" that you can find are variations of large oral doses of olive oil, lemon juice and water. NONE of these actually do a thing to dissolve existing stones. NONE of these actually cause passage of stones. What they will do, however, is stimulate gallbladder contraction (gallbladder contraction happens when you take in oily foods - like olive oil) and so you'll have pain. They will also cause oily diarrhea. If you mix lemon juice with olive oil and a few other things that might be floating around in your digestive tract, you'll make little greenish clumps that float in the toilet bowl. That's what people point to and say "look! I had pain and now I passed stones... I must be healthy now!!"

Gallstones form from material in the bile which is poorly soluble in water. One of the jobs of the gallbladder is to absorb water out of the bile and make it more concentrated. When this happens, if there is the right mixture of poorly soluble content, the bile will begin to precipitate solids, and then form stones. It's very common. By late life, over 20% of the population will form stones. Not all of them will develop symptoms, however.

For people with symptoms of pain or illness attributable to stones, the recommendation is to just go ahead and remove the gallbladder. Anything else just pushes back the problem till later. It is the gallbladder that is making the stones. If you just did something to get rid of the stones, the gallbladder would then make more.

Removal of the gallbladder (cholecystectomy) is performed laparoscopically in just about every surgical center in the world now. Open surgery is reserved for those situations where the surgeon is unable to proceed laparoscopically for one reason or another. "Laser surgery" is a fad that came and went about 15 years ago, when there was concern that it was unsafe to use electrosurgical tools in the laparoscopic setting. The laser was just a burning tool like the electrocautery is, except it was slower and less effective. Once it was accepted that electrosurgical technique was just as safe in the laparoscopic setting as it is in open surgery, the laser became obsolete.

Overweight is very common for patients with gallstones. Indirectly, it is a contributing cause of stone formation. Obese people are more difficult to operate on, laparoscopically OR open, but when they undergo open surgery, the incisions have to be even larger. I advocate laparoscopic technique in all cases where it can feasibly be utilized because the recovery is so much better. In the case of obese people, this is a major benefit because these patients have an increased risk of hospital complications after surgery when they are in pain and can't get out of bed. They get pneumonia more frequently and they get blood clots in the legs which can break loose and go to the lungs.

I have no idea where in India there are better surgeons. I know several people who trained in India and then came to the US, and their training appears to have been excellent. Gallbladder surgery is extremely common and extremely routine. Any competent surgeon should be able to do a safe job of it.

I hope that helps. Good luck!

Many people claim that they can cure gallbladder stones by causing them to dissolve. The problem is that the gallbladder stone is MORE dangerous when it is small. It can then move through the bile duct and block it in the pancreas- causing colic and acute pancreatitis. That can kill within a day and is EXTREMELY painful.

IMPORTANT. NEVER take any opioid based painkillers in such cases of colic (kidney stones too, BTW) the pain will get WORSE

What you describe suggests surgery is necessary- there are far too many stones and probably many small (dangerous) ones.
Type of surgery? depends what your surgeon is most familiar with (better ask around how his previous patients are doing). Usually laparoscopy is done, though sometimes a classic operation is needed if the gallbladder is difficult to remove for some reason - eg. fatty tissue, residues after inflamation, etc.

HAve no idea about hospitals in India- sorry. I'm in Poland.
IMO the best surgeons are the ones doing their final years of residency, or who just completed.

An ERCP or Lap Chole is your best bet. Recovery is quick. And nothing i have read here before i posted this was even half way legit. Gallstones do not go away if you pee alot. Yes have surgery before it becomes septic and you die. Look up gallbladder or HIDA scan rim sign and see the pictures of the infection
