Sounds more like liver failure to me, and there is a syndrome when both fail to function, called hepato-renal syndrome.
OR
Could be gallbladder disease, true true unrelated.

I don't think that would be an early symptom of kidney failure. Have you considered lactose intolerance? Many things could be the cause of gas and bloating. Gastroenteritis, Crohn's disease. Only your doctor can make this determination. Check it out with him/her.

kidneys has nothing to do with the bloat&gas. probaly you are having trouble digesting food right. bloating & gas comes when food is fermenting in the uper bowls. see your DR. if it keeps bothering you.
