I've seen infomercials for a product called "Dual Action Cleanse". You can find it online as well. Don't know the price. Sorry.

No, there's nothing on the market that will ACTUALLY help "detoxify" or "purify" your body. However, there are tons of products that will CLAIM to do just that. None of them work and will only be effective at lightening your bank account. Please note the warning on all bottles of this type of product that says, "These claims have not been evaluated by the FDA." This means that whatever claims the make on the bottle are not substantiated by research (or anything else) and that what is supposed to be in the bottles may or may not be.
Your body already has a system to detoxify itself. This is called (among other things) your blood, lungs, liver, and kidneys. Keeping them healthy will support the removal of "toxins" (whatever those might be) from your body.
If your body is NOT properly ridding itself of waste, you would die very painfully and quickly. That is, unless you're in the hospital on dialysis or have some other terrible medical issue, you can assume that you are already properly detoxifying your body.
If you're putting something into your body that you are concerned about being rid of, like alcohol or marijuana, there is nothing you can take that will speed up the loss of this substance from your system. Again, your own body processes will take care of it in the normal amount of time. There is nothing you can do to speed the process up or slow it down.
Anything you DO buy that claims to cleanse your system will either a) give you diarrhea or b) do nothing at all. This won't necessarily hurt you, but it is, in fact, ADDING toxins to your body, not removing them.

I've never tried a pill, but Yogi makes wonderful teas that detox the liver and kidneys, are all natural, and safe to use for about 30 days at a time. Also, they are not too expensive.
Edit: if you are looking for something to get drugs out of your system, I don't know about that. If it's just for detox, Yogi Teas work great. You can get them at a health food store, usually. When detoxing make sure to drink plenty of water.

Sure, there are lots of them and the price depeds on what you are using them for. I had to use an herbal detox pill once for a drug test (just weed and it was a long, long, LONG, time ago). It cost me about $80 for 3 days worth of pills... but it worked.
