No computer! Good one!
Cut out beer chocolate, fatty foods. Not easy.
Help the rot with a lot of excercise. Start with a couple of months of crosstrainer, at least 1/2 hour a day then move onto jogging.
Useful trick when cross training is to get to 130 pulse and keep it there.
You'll feel hungry as hell tho so lots of milkshakes will control that abit.

Be sure to focus on your cardio workouts, since those are what acutally burn the fat. Do some ab strengthening exercises as well. Stick to a healthy diet rich with brightly colored fruits and vegetables, and be sure to DRINK WATER!!! It acts as a cleanser for the body, washing away all your excess water weight. Remember, don't eat if you're not hungry-most likely it's your body telling you it's thirsty. Stick to the good carbs, such as fortified whole grains and oats. NEVER eliminate carbs from your diet. If you crave sweets, grab a piece of fruit; salty, a vegetable. Keep fruits and veggies conveniently stored, and get rid of all your junk food, so there's no temptation there. I also suggest buying walnuts and soynuts-don't be fooled by the nutrition facts, because they are chock-full of antioxidants and "good fats" that your body needs. Good luck!

you can only help tighten the area by exercising the muscles. cardio exercise will shift fat excess but you can never target the area specifically to lose weight. the body just doesnt work that way youll lose it all over. there are 2 sections of muscles in the abdomen the side (obliques) and the front panel abdominals. try doing front and side plank, crunches off a ball. running and spinning is excellent cardio.

Cardio. You gotta jog regularly and for than just a few minutes each time. I usually jog for 40-50 minutes when I jog and it has really helped keep down the spare tire around my mid-section because I like to eat alot junk food.
