I did one time. He was my boss' son and I was working in small cafe when I was 16. He grabbed my butt on my last day there and I kicked him in the balls and walked out.

I don't know why these people say the obvious!!!!!!
It goes without saying this is sexual harassment, the question was if you work w/someone that touches you.
My answer is YES, and I hate it so much!!!!
The problem is I'm self employed and this jerk is always grabbing my hand and then two nights in a row has tried to kiss me and pulls me and grabs me by the head and neck, pulls me towards him and tries to kiss me and I really hate it, he really uses his strength, so I don't know what to do, I've told him so many times not to do that, to stop it, he can't be doing that and he still does it whenever I see him, he says all kinds of nonsense and that he is been waiting for me all these years, blah, blah, blah, (he has a girlfriend) but regardless I can't stand him when he does that, I don't even know what to do, I can't stop talking to him because he refers me a lot of business, I've told him I have a boyfriend even though it's not true, so he leaves me alone, but he doesn't,
Sometimes if we are having lunch he'll do this at the table and it is embarrassing because I have to pull from him and tell him to stop it and people stare at us, so I don't know.
If you work for a company you are lucky you can report him. I can't because it's my own business and have to deal with it, however I choose to, so report this person, or give him a warning.
I know this guy, worked at a large bank and won a million dollar lawsuit together with some girls for being sexually harrassed by their boss. He won ove a million dollars. So there.

I have personally not experienced this type behavior. However, it is an offensive act and should not be tolerated by the individual or the employer. The Department of Labor (DOL) has specific guidelines on "Sexual Harassment" of which outline the particular acts or harassment. Harassment is not limited to the act of "Touching", but may also be by reference to other facts as "color, race, national origins or ANYTHING one might find offensive in the work place."
To hold a legitimate complaint against those acting offensively you must first inform the offender that "His or Her actions, comments or tone" are offensive. Ask that these not be done again while you are present. IF they continue then you are within your rights, under DOL Rules, Regulations and Policy, to launch a complaint against the offender to your employer. If, in the event, the offender is your employer, and you have asked they stop offensive behavior or jokes, then your alternate approach to resolve this is through the DOL or the (EEOC) Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
I hope this helps everyone who is similarly in this situation.

No darn it!
But if this bothers you you need to tell them this is not acceptable. Sexual harassment in the work place has gotten people fired. While you don't have to go that far all you have to do is remind them of that.
When a man sees a woman he really likes....wants to take to bed.... often his judgment is severely impaired. It is hard for some of us to understand that woman do not like to be play things. As long as they don't go too far.
And if they have power over you....your boss or above..... they may feel that control is enough to keep you quiet.
Tell him...them....NO MORE. The more you let it happen and maybe even laugh it off the more it will happen.

I used to work in a pizzeria, where I was the only American girl there. Normally I would just get rude comments but one day the chef came up behind me and and put his hands in between my legs trying to grab my butt and other things! That was the last day I worked there!!

sure...you need to tell the person you don't want to be touched like that.
if it happens again you tell your boss who has to take action to stop this. the boss talk the the "toucher" and usually the toucher says it was a "misunderstanding"
Then it'll be up to you to report any further touching which will get that person terminated or make your company liable for harrassment charges by you if the "toucher" is NOT terminated.

I met my now husband at work, and we worked together for years... occasionally he'd grab me, but usually we kept work professional...with the exception of us calling eachother "babe"
If someone is touching you and you don't like it, let that person know, or report sexual harrassment.
