NO!!! A dishonorably discharged person from the military
do not keep their rank and they lose all benefits, medals,
pay and are sometimes imprisoned depending on the
seriousness of the charges, they cannot work for the
federal goverment and sometimes have trouble finding
a job anywhere and forfeit all VA benefits, such as housing, jobs and medical care. On the second question, that will be NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No. And the only official tittle a former service member retains is veteran or retired. All other are courtesy titles.

Those who are Dishonorably Discharged normally loose all rank and benefits.

In fact people who have been honorably discharged retain only 'courtesy' titles.
