Take it out of the oven once it reaches 170f on the meat thermometer. Let it rest for twenty to thirty minutes out of the oven. It will continue to cook and the internal temerature will raise 2 or 3 more degrees This also allows the juices to spread through the meat and make it moist. Good luck! Roast pork is yummy!

325 and bake for 2 hours with covered baking dish.. i put brown sugar on top of my pork roast.. gives it a nice flavor : ) add about a inch of water or so. 2 bottom of pan.

when I cook roast I used cook it on 400degrees for 1 hr. also beside cooking it at that tempurture make sure you spray the pan good with cooking spray and put some good meat tenderizer on it. good luck. you make me hungry for a roast I have to go buy me one. have a good thanksgiving.

You want an internal temp of at least 165 F--that kills pretty much anything.
