I will note that my fridge is a bit on the old side and things tend to get freezer burn quickly in it.
And for the person that gave my question a thumbs down..its a legitimate question..i've never kept a turkey in my freezer longer than a few days so I wouldnt know how well they do past that...

specific, as much as a twelve months it continues to be "good". I truthfully have had meat in my freezer plenty longer than that, even with the undeniable fact that, and it become nevertheless good. I as quickly as cooked a turkey that become in all possibility 3 years previous, yet I truthfully have on no account saved the different meat for that long. So circulate forward and prepare dinner it.

As long as you wrap it well, it should be good for about 6 months. I wouldn't eat anything that's been frozen for longer than that.
