To end those phobias for good, go see a counselor. He or she, will probably refer you to a doc as well and then you'll be prescribed some medications.
With medication, counseling and time, I think you'll be fine.

If you are a natural person you should try cognitive behavioral therapy. It was the only thing that has helped me with my horrible health anxiety. Read here https://tr.im/EndAnxiety

Your thinking determines your quality of life. Your thinking is what causes you these feelings:

Anxious, fearful, stressed or depressed
Constantly worried, or angry about something that is happening in your life
Struggling to overcome obsessive and negative thoughts.

If you change your thinking, you will change your life. This is the basic idea behind CBT for anxiety. The Cognitive part is where you learn nee methods and ways to change your same old habits and thinking patterns. If you keep thinking and expecting the worst – You will continue to suffer.

If you are suffering severe stress which is making it impossible to live an ordinary life, medication may help in the short term. But I myself find prayer helps a lot with anxiety. I realise you may not be religious but I do suggest talking to a priest or counsellor; ultimately the only person we need to be afraid of is God. No one else can truly harm your soul.

You can calm anxiety from exposing yourself to social situations. Coworkers, for example, are people with whom you have contact. By becoming used to dealing with customers, you learn to face people. Just go from what you have in common to enjoy spending time with others, to seeking out others to spend time with.

Talk to your doctor about medications for social anxiety. I was a social person until my accident. Medication helped me regain my comfort in social situations.

People in our very bad educational system and up-tight imperial- presidentially-misgoverned country tend to be one of two things--1.good at doing things, or else
2.good at mainpulating people.
Hey, being comfortable with other peple isn't good, not in that framework; what you really need is some way to not be "so uncomfortable" that it makes life hard. Then when you find the right sort of people--doers, not manipulators of people--you'lll get along with them just fine. Trick # one--think for yourself; that will give you self-confidence; know when you know something and when you lack full science. Trick # two--just name whatever you're feeling, to yourself, or what somebody's said or done that annoyed you, or whatever...when you do that, you give yourself time to deal with it later, and can get on with your day.
