They likely will fall somewhere in between in size.
Unless these dogs meet breed standard, have passed health testing (not just simple vet exams) and have impeccable pedigrees don't breed.
Be advised that toy breeds are very prone to pregnancy and whelping difficulties and often need emergency c-sections. They also have a high rate of small litter size (a lot of singletons), stillborn pups, failure to thrive pups,low milk production in moms, etc. To breed would put your female at high risk.
Also the longer you leave your dogsi ntact the higher the risk becomes for mammary cancer, reproductive cancers and infections.

there really isnt a way to tell.there could be three.really little ones and 4 that grown to be 7 lbs.make sure you have homes lined up for all the pups before she gives birth.good luck

Unless you are licensed to breed, I'd suggest NOT breeding them. There are too many dogs in shelters, including chihuahuas. Neuter/spay please, it'll make your dogs live longer & happier.
