Compared to other girls your height and age, your weight is right in the middle. Your BMI is 20 - and normal is 18.5 - 25.0, so you are closer to the Underweight than Overweight range, which is normal for someone who isn't fully grown.

Another measure is the "waist-hip ratio". Your waist divided by your hips is 25/35 = 71%. 70% is considered ideal, so you are doing good there, too.

do not pay interest to the time period 'pear' structure that is a terrible terrible time period. you may have skinny legs! you purely favor to tone up it really is all. you may do particular workouts like crunches, squats (they're the finest!) to tone up your legs, ***, and knees in case you extremely favor! also, you may favor to think about that that is something to do with your weight-loss plan. once you're thighs are larger then that is honest to assert that once you position on weight, the fat etc is going for your thighs. i replaced into an similar. I used to eat a good number of crap and my abdomen might want to by no potential get enormous. besides the undeniable fact that then I grew somewhat and that i began noticing that my thighs are way too enormous. So I ate fit, toned up, and now my body looks a lot more effective. purely eat fit and carry out a touch firming - tremendous ordinary!

It's really hard just to estimate, because I don't know how much muscle you have or your frame size. At a guess, I would put your body fat percentage around 18%-20%. HTH : )

I would not go with what you are saying..fat% BMI, body mass index..it's not something you should go by.

You sound great..I would not change anything.
