I think it is around 40000 BA miles for a return upgrade for this trip.

I can never figure these airline points out myself (how much I earn for travel, what I get for redemption etc). Visit the BA website http://www.britishairways.com/travel/home/public/en_gb to see if that helps or phone them up and ask. I'm sure you'll find their phone on their website.
