Are you sure that it's love and not lust or a strong like? There is such as thing as love at first sight, my husband and I are proof of that but do you know if he feels the same about you? If you're not sure then I would wait on it until you know that he does feel the same way or that he's on the road to feeling that way. When you do feel that he feels the same way, you can tell him "I think I'm falling in love with you" and that'll put it out there. Don't come out and yell "I love you" and hug him and kiss him, that'll probably just freak him out. Wait a while. Good luck!

Only going out for 5 dates and you already love that person. You cannot know everything about a person that quick. I think you need to go for a good time longer before making your mind up. Get to know him first.

I think 4 dates is pretty quick for love to bloom, unless you knew each other quite well before you began dating...
Slow down...expressing deep emotion (esp when it may be just infatuation) too soon, can put a stop in what had previously been a good thing...
