Yes. It is. Try one of the more serious on line dating groups that are more interested in the inner self.

Though I have not been officially diagnosed as such, I suspect I have Asperger's Syndrome myself. I have definitely run into problems in that area, but I've had my share of successes as well. I do think it's important to focus on what you have to offer, instead of focusing solely on this condition.

If meeting someone is the problem, take advantage of chance encounters. Have a plan in place, that you can implement, if you run into a woman in a grocery store, who appears to be attracted to you.

Also, look for opportunities to interact with people in non-romantic contexts, such as religious practice, or encounter groups. In addition to the possibility of meeting someone at these events, they are also good opportunities to learn and practice social skills.

Because the effects of this condition vary so widely, from one individual to the next, what works for one person may not work for another, without some modification. Even so, exchanging ideas with others with Asperger's might be worthwhile.

Yes it is possible to find love. I know a man very close to my heart who got married and had a healthy daughter who has not inherited his genetic make up. It has not been a easy experience for them as their has been plenty of arguments. But they have been married for 20 years. It will take time but you would need to be honest from the start with a woman what aspergers is as many people sadly become scared until they see what it really is.

Yes. Asperger Syndrome does not have to be a negative thing. An understanding woman will love you for the positive qualities you have. Just be yourself.

Of course you can. You will find someone very special who will understand your condition and accept you for who you are...don't give up it will be worth it in the end. Just keep looking.

I have a friend who has Aspergers too, he has just broken up with one girl and now met another.

I have cerebal palsy myself, and although it does not prevent me from forming relationships with others. I am battling a culture which tends to find someone more attractive from their looks than personality....I haven't had a boyfriend yet...I'm 27, but I am waiting and still looking for the right man to come along, and I know when I do it will be special because he will accept me for who I am

If you are asking about love you obviously understand the concept of love. From what little I know about Asperger's (my nephew has it) it is difficult but not impossible to forge relationships. It might be a little harder for you but nothing is impossible and one day you will find a girl who loves you for who and what you are. I hope that day comes soon as you sound like a nice genuine guy x

I know one guy that married. However in the end his wife just wanted him for a sperm donor and after two children his wife left him. He had stayed home and taken care of the children while she climbed the business ladder. He is left out in the cold like a displaced housewife. I wonder if there are behavior modification techniques you could use to learn how to act in a relationship.
