It can be spoken, i.e., prayers of thanksgiving or exalting the name of God for all His goodness and who He is, or it can be listening to praise and worship music and exalting His name through that, with joy. Lots of ways to praise the Lord, and He is worthy of them all!

It means belittling "God" by believing that "he" is so insecure and pompous that "he" requires endless praise and eternal worship as a flawed and self centered human being would. To respect and honor is one thing, but to "worship and praise" stands as a denigrating insult to a perfect deity.

Gathering together with the Body of Christ to share in the Holy Eucharist.

"When He had given thanks, He broke [the bread] and said, “Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me.” In the same manner He also took the cup after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me” (1 Corinthians 11:24, 25).

This we do, to show forth His Death until he comes again.
