Say this, "Could you help me? I don't have a computer at home and I'm trying to download the internet." When she looks up at you stunned, tell her you are only kidding and introduce yourself. Then move to small conversation like asking if she frequents cybercafes or talk about the weather.

No pick up lines - please. Just be natural. Try to engage her by starting nicely and politely to be helpful, if you can do, if not then mention the coffee or the computers or whatever simple things that may start a conversation.
You could say you lost your cell phone and ask to use hers, then call a male friend, a co-worker or whomever is not a woman and tell them you are lost or that you stopped for cup of coffe or tea and will be back in half an hour or so.
You might send her another coffee or tea or whatever she is having via the wait person and not approach her. If there are pastries or candies around send her a chocolate
Ask her if she has a pen or some paper because you need to write something down.

What's a cybercafe? Well a while back a guy said something that made me melt.."Hey I kept noticing how beautiful you are and I finally got the guts to come over here and introduce myself"

Well if this girl is of legal age then don't use a pick up line, just walk up to her and introduce yourself. Ask if she's with someone and if she says no, tell her that you couldn't help but come introduce yourself because (something about her like her eyes) has caught your attention. Just be honest, girls usually like that better than those old pick up lines like:
Are you legs tired? Because you've been running through my mind ALL day!
or
Do you live in Tennessee? Because you're the only ten I see!
Cheezy right?
Good luck!

No pick up lines are the best. You just start to talk and let everything come natural. That is the best way to go about it.

say hi!
stop trying to come up with some line because it rarely works. girls are too smart for that. just talk to her like you would anyone else you just met. start a conversation and ask if she'd like to meet you for drinks or something.

Say something like: " The Internet is slow to connect these days." if she replies or smiles then you are in. If she responds, then ask her name and that's it , keep the ball rolling.
