If you were GOD, and made the rules, would you let evil sick and twisted souls into heaven?

God is not you or me. He designed us, and free will means that according to your perception of the world and your focus, you make the choices. If you know that taking drugs is bad for your body and can cause you death, and in spite of the advices of people who care for you you decide to embark on that trip, it is YOUR responsibility and not God's or of the people who care for you. It is not God who allows or not you to find peace and love. It is you who choose to open yourself for them.
There is always a choice.

If I was God, and I made the rules, I wouldn't have created the evil sick and twisted souls in the first place.

I am glad I have a God that makes the rules. Who knows how God sees individuals. I would think any sick, twisted person would have to show repentance first.

No, I would have created them so they weren't evil twisted and sick people. Free Will may exist, but it's someone's surroundings, both mental and physical, that completely influence the decision.

I don't believe there are such things as evil souls. We are all works in progress. In heaven we will all be seen as the beautiful souls we are.

Conditionally. They would all have to come by the way of the cross.

Noted other answers, and in their becoming God they would take free-will away from everyone so that we would all be mindless robots...automatrons. Think it through boys and girls.
