Who does Christian Book Outlet order their supplies from? I have seen them use a catalog but need to know who

After 11 hours-- you deserve some answer--
In this area, (Oklahoma) the biggest store is called Mardel's Christian Book store. They also have catalogues and haven't been shy about showing me where they order.
Cokesbury is a large, USA Christian book store-- I know that Cokesbury is on line-- and I think Mardel's is also.
Next I would google literature, Christian and see what happens.
