I lost 25 pounds in five weeks through a doctor-supervised 900-calorie/day diet and exercise. Don't try this unsupervised: without carefully calibrated nutrition and plenty of water consumption, you can cause severe health problems.

Fast weight loss is dangerous and your body compensates by holding onto fat when it gets a chance. That's why fast weight loss is never sustained! Remember! It takes time to put weight ON! So don't expect any different when taking weight OFF! The only people who want fast weight loss are usually too lazy to work for proper results. If you really want to change, it takes effort. More movement, less crap food! Simple! A diet doesn't mean denial, it means self control. No food should be banned. Just stop shoving it in your face when you belly says stop!

33 pounds in 10months. But that's not a short period. YOu have to be patient. I did Jogging 3-4 kilometers, Aerobics 20 minutes 4 times a week. No cut on food intake. just avoided eating in-between the meals.

I once lost just over 3 stone (43 pounds) in as many months and the reason was i went on the night shift for 6 months. It cuts your appetite somewhat.

I'd suggest speeding up your metabalism. If you eat several small, healthy meals a day you will, or should begin to lose weight as soon as your metabalism speeds up. Another thing is celery and apples. They take more cal. to eat then they have in them, it's not very efficient but hey I tried.
