They are all good. The best roasted meat I ever had was roast moose. It's a lot like beef but not so fatty.

Apple Pork Tenderloin

1 x pork tenderloin
1/2 cup apple juice
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 tbl brown sugar
1 x clove garlic, minced
1 x apple, cored and sliced into rings

Place tenderloin in baking dish. Combine apple juice, vinegar, brown sugar and garlic, and pour over tenderloin. If desired, tenderloin can be marinated in juice mixture, for a few hours or overnight. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Top tenderloin with apple rings and cover dish. Bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours, until tenderloin reaches internal temperature of 180 degrees on meat thermometer. Remove to platter and let cool a few minutes before slicing

This is so good I serve it with chunky applesauce (hot if you like) and scalloped potatoes and a veggie.

I love a good roasted pork loin. I roll mine in a mixtrue of flour salt pepper, rosemary, thyme, sage and cayenne pepper. Cover with onion and roast in oven. Gravy is heavenly served over fluffy whipped potatoes.
