the scar occured with a srubber being used to remove spots however the skin burned and has been red for a very long time, is there any advice for immediate removal or covering thanks

medically, I'm not sure if it can be removed immediately. Cosmetically, you can put a make-up foundation matching the rest of your skin tone on it (as long as it has closed and healed.) or depending where on your forehead it is wear a tasteful scarf or stylish hat.
I can assure you though, that you are probably a million times more aware of it then you think the people around you are. I would also contact a dermatologist or plastic surgeon to see what else might be able to be doe about it.

I have a nasty scar on my forehead too. I've just been using a liquid foundation to cover it up. The foundation is the exact tone of my skin color, so no one can even tell that I have it on. I only use it on that one spot, not my whole face. Maybelline is a life saver!!!
